Vintage Old European Cut diamond engagement ring in 18k yellow gold with a white gold illusion setting. The simple, classic design is accentuated with the most delicate milgrain detailing to the shoulders. The illusion setting gives off a bigger presence on the hand. This ring is in very good vintage condition with some scuffing to the ring and a minor chip on the girdle.
