Fantastic vintage diamond solitaire ring featuring a 0.10ct Old European cut diamond set in a bold white gold octagonal setting with an etched yellow gold wheat pattern stretching down the shoulders.  Milgrain detailing can be found throughout.  This piece is in very good vintage condition with a lovely patina and minor signs of scuffing.
