Vintage natural sapphire and natural diamond ring set in 14k white gold.  The vibrant blue sapphire is flanked by six sparkling diamonds with soft knife-edge shaping to the shoulders.  This vintage ring is in very good condition with some abrasions and a slight patina to the setting.  This lovely ring would make a beautiful engagement ring or a memento for a special occasion.
